Heights, TX Plumber You Can Count On

always quick and reliable

From start to finish, Santhoff was amazing. I called in the morning to get a new kitchen faucet installed. The receptionist was friendly and was able to get me an appointment same day. She told me up front about the service fee. When I asked for an over the phone estimate, she put me in touch with the manager who, after a spec question, gave me the price over the phone. I appreciated the full transparency and booked them. Later that day, Caleb, the technician, showed up on time and got right to work. He did a fantastic job installing the faucet. He also took a look at our low water pressure issue in the bathroom and had practical solutions for that as well. He was knowledgeable, nice, and fast. This company takes the stress out of plumbing issues. I highly recommend it!

Great and easy to communicate with!

Sergio was totally professional, efficient, and thorough. He fixed the dripping bathtub faucet, and cleaned up the area in which he had worked. I was very pleased with him, and his assistant, Adrien. They were both great!

Update: Had s sewer gas leak. Called Stanhoff and Caleb came out and did a very thorough inspection which included the attic and roof to find the problem. They quoted me a reasonable price to replace the cast iron vent pipe, replace my cleanout, and did a smoke test to see if there any other leaks. Also, they were patient with me as I arranged for a relative to be there for the repairs as i was leaving on vacation soon. Caleb and Jose did an excellent job solving the problem. Great company!!! First time using this company but they were great. Communication was excellent and the tech arrived on time. Daniel was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. Price was very reasonable, especially when compared to bigger companies that do tv ads. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Daniel did a great job. He was knowledgeable and efficient.

Prompt service. Thorough in explanations. Referral to assist in taking care of the issue

Replaced water valves for the washing machine. Adam was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had my job done so quickly.

The whole experience was excellent. Fast response, on-time arrival, great crew. Robert diagnosed a complicated problem (for me, anyway) explained everything that needed to be done, gave me a detailed firm quote, and got right to work. They were here about 5 hours, everything completed very professionally, walked me through the whole process, told me what I should do to prevent similar problems in the future. Could not have been better. Except if they had done it for free, of course.
