Joe Santhoff
Owner/Master Plumber
I have 47 years of experience and have been a master plumber since 1974. I have really enjoyed the working relationships with the customers. I have been in the office dispatching for the past six months and it is like talking to a lot of old friends.
It is a great feeling to know that the customers keep using Santhoff Plumbing year after year. On the weekends I like to ride motorcycles with my friends, water sports, traveling and playing with my two grandsons. Please feel free to call and ask for me if you have any plumbing questions, I probably have the answer.
I recently volunteered to be a committeeman for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo on the Transportation Committee. It was very satisfying and fulfilling. Houston has been very good to me. I really enjoy giving back. There is some great people out there. I’m looking forward to next year.
Jason Santhoff

I’ve been in the Plumbing Industry my entire life and enjoy Customer service. My wife and I have been married since 2004 and we live in West Houston with our three children “Gabriel, Nicholas, and Ellie”. I enjoy Baseball and anything outdoors.
James Santhoff
Journeyman Plumber
James has been around plumbing since he was old enough to come to the shop. He knows all phases of plumbing but is especially good at remodeling, shower pans, installing large tubs and repairing designer faucets.
It has been a pleasure to work side by side with my son. He always does a great job and the customers’ just love him. I am a very lucky dad.
James and his wife Lisa enjoy bay fishing in Port O’Connor and go fishing any chance they get. James and his family are pictured below.

Julie Santhoff
Office Manager
I served in the military for four years and went into the office administration field thereafter. I have worked in the construction industry for my entire career and genuinely enjoy working for small companies. I love to travel and consider myself a foodie. When I’m not working, I love camping, reading, and spending time with my family.
Mac Rodriguez
Drain/Leak Specialist
Mac has been in pipe inspections all of his life, first working on the oil pipeline industry and now residential and commercial plumbing and drain systems. Mac has an uncanny way of pinpointing exactly where the customers’ problem is, whether it is a broken down sewer line or a water main under concrete, Mac will find it.
Mac Rodriguez has been with Santhoff since 2001.
Sergio Avila
Tradesman Plumber
Sergio has progressed to Tradesman Plumber. He is a well rounded plumber but his expertise is natural gas projects. If you have a problem with a gas leak or just want gas lights installed at your front door, Sergio is the one we try to send.

Mike Dix
Mike Dix grew up in Alief and went to school at Hastings High School while receiving college credits at Texas State Junior College. Mike has worked in the plumbing industry for over 10 years. He passed his tradesman License in 2003 and Journeyman in 2005. Mike loves watching sports, especially football and his favorite team is the Texans.
Mike is very competitive and positive person and he does a great job of rounding out our team.

Jose came to us and worked as an apprentice but showed great mechanical abilities. He recently completed his tradesman test and is now on his own service truck.
He recently purchased his own home for his family and spends some of his free time on the weekends fixing it up for them.
Jose is a quick learner and will go far with the training he receives here at Santhoff.
Jose has been with Santhoff since 2011.

My name is Jose Andrade (Junior) and I am the Lead Customer Service Representative here at Santhoff Plumbing Company since 2017. The experience I gained from working in the customer service field for over 5 years and working with my father in plumbing has prepared me to help customers in the position I hold here in the company.
In my spare time I enjoy going out to eat with my friends at various restaurants in Houston. Also love to take day trips with my family to different parts of Texas.

I was born and raised in Houston and pride myself in treating every home as if it were my own. I have been working in the plumbing industry for a total of 19 years and earned my Master Plumbers license in 2009. My favorite part of plumbing is problem solving to make every customer happy when they find themselves in difficult situations. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my wife and our 4 children.

My name is Laurie and I have been in customer service for most of my working life. I have been married since 1998 and have 2 children with a grandson on the way. I started with Santhoff Plumbing Company in April of 2021 and love what I do. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and travelling.
Judi Burton
I started with the Santhoff Plumbing team in the spring of 2021. Having worked my entire career in customer service, I really enjoy connecting with and serving our customers. My main goal every day is to ensure all calls to Santhoff Plumbing are handled efficiently, accurately and professionally and that all callers are left with the satisfied Santhoff smile!
In my spare time, my fiancée and I enjoy motorcycle riding, antique shopping and flea markets.
